Rates typically range from $40 to $65 per hour depending on the role. Booth Hostesses and Hospitality Staff are on the lower end, while Product Demonstrators who need product training are higher. You will see each professional's rate when you browse profiles. Rates vary by role, city, and experience level.
We recommend booking at least two to three months before your event for the best selection. By the four-week mark, availability starts to tighten up, especially for popular shows like CES and SEMA. The longer you wait, the smaller your selection. If you are in a pinch, reach out anyway and we will see what we can do.
