David Gascon

With his entrepreneurial ambition, David Gascon has successful created multiple startup companies since graduating from the State University of New York College at Geneseo. In the spring of 2008, while pursuing his master’s degree in Economics from the University of Albany, he founded Vantage Advertising. The concept was developed around the idea that by matching a business’s marketing goals with the specific skills & abilities of booth professionals, businesses would see a significant increase in the return on their trade show investments. Today Vantage Advertising is a nationwide organization that delivers event staffing solutions for major brands such as Pepsi, Filter Magazine, Arizona Beverages, and Samsung.
Stephen Gascon Jr.
Stephen Gascon Jr.Vice President of Sales
Steve Gascon is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, co- founder of Upstate distributors, and has over twenty years of experience in a Sales Management position for Mohawk Industries. He has mentored numerous people to navigate the challenges of large corporations and its changing business environment. His past experience in sales and marketing helps to foster collaboration and teamwork at Vantage Advertising and allows them to focus on the needs of each client. His goal is to provide innovative insight and foster better events for exhibitors, year after year.
Margaret Colebeck
Margaret ColebeckMarketing Associate
Margaret Colebeck joined the Vantage Advertising team in 2011 after graduating from the State University of New York College at Brockport with a duel Bachelor of the Arts degree in Communications and English. Having a strong passion for Online Marketing, Margaret’s role at Vantage encompasses all things SEO. She also oversees and contributes content to Vantage’s ever-growing blog in hopes of educating and inspiring trade show exhibitors about trade show marketing, lead generation, event staffing, and more. When she’s not busy working at her desk, Margaret can often be seen around the office giving out high fives and cheering on the Vantage team.

Ben Rossi has been a Senior Account Executive with Vantage Advertising, LLC since 2009. Ben has thrived in the event planning & staffing industry since graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Ben’s experience includes managing and executing hundreds of large events throughout the United States for multinational corporations as well as on-going national marketing campaigns.
Brendan Ryan
Brendan RyanAccount Executive
Brendan Ryan is a native of Western New York that attended the State University of New York College at Geneseo and graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Psychology. Soon after graduation, he moved to the Hamptons on eastern Long Island, where he spent 5 years working in luxury real estate and banking. He also performed music at many of the Hamptons’ premier entertainment venues. With over four years of event planning experience and a background in providing top notch customer service to high end clients, Brendan has the experience and knowledge required to help make your next promotional event a success. Brendan handles all of Vantage’s bookings east of the Mississippi River. In his free time, Brendan enjoys reading, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, performing music, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
Paola Gonzalez
Paola GonzalezOnline Marketing Associate
Paola Gonzalez is an alumna from Rochester Institute of Technology where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a Minor in Advertising & Public Relations. Before joining the Vantage team, she interned at Waterfall Teas Company and Barnes & Noble where she discovered her passion for Online Marketing and Graphic Design. As the Online Marketing Associate at Vantage Advertising she is in charge of managing the company’s social media presence; communication with clients and models through email marketing, and model profile approvals. In her free time you can find her catching up with the latest drama series, attending concerts, and traveling.
