David Gascon
David GasconPresident / CEO
With his entrepreneurial ambition, David Gascon has successful created multiple startup companies since graduating from the State University of New York College at Geneseo. In the spring of 2008, while pursuing his master’s degree in Economics from the University of Albany, he founded Vantage Advertising. The concept was developed around the idea that by matching a business’s marketing goals with the specific skills & abilities of booth professionals, businesses would see a significant increase in the return on their trade show investments. Today Vantage Advertising is a nationwide organization that delivers event staffing solutions for major brands such as Pepsi, Filter Magazine, Arizona Beverages, and Samsung.

Steve Gascon is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, co- founder of Upstate distributors, and has over twenty years of experience in a Sales Management position for Mohawk Industries. He has mentored numerous people to navigate the challenges of large corporations and its changing business environment. His past experience in sales and marketing helps to foster collaboration and teamwork at Vantage Advertising and allows them to focus on the needs of each client. His goal is to provide innovative insight and foster better events for exhibitors, year after year.
Ben Rossi
Ben RossiSenior Event Manger
Ben Rossi has been a Senior Account Executive with Vantage Advertising, LLC since 2009. Ben has thrived in the event planning & staffing industry since graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Ben’s experience includes managing and executing hundreds of large events throughout the United States for multinational corporations as well as on-going national marketing campaigns.

Claire is an upstate New York native and Cornell University ’13 alum. She joined the Vantage Advertising Team in 2016 after working as an Account Executive for Enterprise. She has years of experience in sales and customer service, and most enjoys developing long professional relationships with her clients. In her free time, Claire is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys being outdoors with her family and German Shepherd.
Kyle Spellman
Kyle SpellmanEvent Manager
Kyle is an upstate New York native with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from State University of New York at Buffalo. Over the last eleven years, Kyle has led several successful marketing campaigns across the United States ranging from food truck tours to large-scale mobile activations. Since moving to Rochester and joining the Vantage team, Kyle is looking forward to applying his experience from the road to better serve our clients.

Shana is a graduate of SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. She has several years of experience in sales and recruiting and has been in the model staffing industry for over 5 years. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know the staff and clients she works with and looks forward to developing long lasting relationships with both. In her free time, Shana enjoys spending quality time with her family, exercising and boating.

Maureen is a Rochester native with over 15 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance fields. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College. Maureen’s experience includes both public accounting and private industry. In her free time, Maureen enjoys leading a healthy lifestyle and spending time with her family.
